Custom Design & Artwork Policy

By placing an order with SNAG Designs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding custom designs and artwork.

Design Services

All product prices listed on our website include printing and production only. Design services are billed separately.

A design fee will apply if your order requires any of the following:

  • Creation of a new logo or graphic

  • Custom T-shirt design or layout

  • Editing, recreating, or enhancing provided artwork

  • Making artwork print-ready

  • Creative direction, concept development, or brainstorming

  • Design revisions or changes requested after initial proof

Design fees vary based on the complexity of the request and will be communicated prior to beginning any design work.

Print-Ready Artwork

A design fee will not be charged if the customer provides a print-ready file that meets the following criteria:

  • High-resolution (300 DPI preferred)

  • Correct sizing for the selected product

  • Accepted formats include PNG, SVG, PDF, or AI

SNAG Designs reserves the right to determine whether artwork is considered print-ready.

Payment & Revisions

  • Design fees must be paid in full before design work begins

  • Design fees are non-refundable once work has started

  • Each design fee applies to one design layout (front, back, or sleeve designs are separate)

  • Additional revisions beyond those included may result in additional charges

Final Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs before production. SNAG Designs is not responsible for errors once final approval has been given.
